We have developed an application that will import your customer data, send email invites to your customers to invite them to participate in a survey, extract the responses and provide you with them in a format that you require.
The product that we have developed currently takes as input a text file but we would be happy to discuss other input options as your data may not be in this format.
We can design a survey using SurveyMonkey that will meet your needs or you can design a survey yourself.
Your customers will then receive an email with an invitation to participate in your survey.
Our application then gathers the responses from all of your customers that have completed the survey and we store this data in the database.
We can provide you with a report of the responses to your survey in any format that you require. It’s currently available in excel format but we would like to hear from you about what your desired format is.
We can also email you the responses on an hourly, daily or weekly basis. Let us know what your specific requirements are.
We can perform sentiment analysis on your customers’ responses. This is particularly useful where there is a large volume of survey respondents and can be useful measure of the overall level of customer satisfaction.
